专利摘要:
A dispensing apparatus for machines for packeting cigarettes into hinged-lid rigid type cigarette packets is of the type comprising an intermittently rotating wheel having radially disposed compartments for housing individual cigarette packets. A dispensing channel is associated with the wheel and upper and lower heated plates cooperating with the compartments. A pushing member is provided at the end of the dispensing channel to push, during the normal operation of the apparatus, the individual packets into a first track coplanar to the dispensing channel. A control mechanism, should the wheel accidentally stop, acts on a pair of mechanical systems which cause the spacing apart of the plates from the compartments and further starts a timer. Should the stoppage of the wheel last longer than a preselected time, the timer actuates locking means which lock the pushing member to discard, along a second track disposed in line with the dispensing channel at the restoration of the normal operation of the apparatus, a number of packets corresponding to the total number of packets contained in the apparatus.

This invention relates to the tobacco industry and relates to a device for feeding and distributing cigarette packs to packaging machines.
A device for supplying and distributing cigarette packs to packaging machines is known, comprising a wheel with radial pockets fortified on a vertical shaft, a radial channel relatively radially relative to the kilus, and a radial pusher for dispensing 1J packs.
However, in this device, during the stages of transferring the packs of cigarettes that follow the gluing operation, due to the elasticity of the material and the mechanical stresses to which the packs are subjected, the parts greased with glue either move away from one another or are displaced. This is particularly evident in those parts of the pack, which in the final stages undergo folding operations and, in particular, along the lateral outer face surfaces of the pack.
The purpose of the invention is to prevent opening of the packs.
The goal is achieved by the fact that the proposed device for.
supplying and distributing packs of cigarettes to packing cartons, containing a wheel with radial pockets fixed on a vertical shaft, a dispensing channel radially located relative to the wheel, and a radial pusher for issuing packs provided with circumferentially arranged one above the other heating plates, the top of which is installed with the possibility of raising and lowering, the lower one has a piddleblade device, which is the same with the two guides perpendicularly located one to the other at the exit end of the dispensing passage, which are mounted switch, designed as a plunger, a stopper and a counter.
FIG. 1 shows schematically a device for feeding and distributing cigarette packs to packaging machines, a general perspective view; in fig. 2 and 3 are the same, front view, partial section with some parts lowered, two operating positions in FIG. 4 is a graph of the relative movement of the working parts of the device.
Q. during one working cycle, in FIG. 5 is a drive and control block diagram.
The device comprises a wheel 2 mounted on a hollow vertical shaft 1 with radial pockets 3, bounded on both sides by vertical walls 4 having open upper, front and lower sides, a dispensing channel 5 radially located relative to the wheel, radial pusher b and upper and lower heating plates 7 and 8.
Wheel 2 has a ring element
9, integral with the disk
10, mounted on the upper end of the hub 11, the lower end of which is fixed to the ring gear 12, serves for the periodic drive of the wheel 2.
The heating plates 7 and 8 are curved around the circumference and are located one above the other, while the upper plate 7 is installed with the possibility of raising and lowering, also serves as a sealing element and is supported by a supporting element 13 with spacer elements 14. The supporting element 13 is mounted on a star-shaped support 15 through coil springs 1y, and the support 15 is mounted on the upper end of the shaft 1 and coaxially with it. The lower part of the shaft 1 is enclosed inside the housing 17 and connected to it by means of a step mechanism, while the shaft 1 is freely passed through the upper wall 1B of the housing.
The lower heating plate B has a supporting device consisting of two guides 19 and 20, perpendicularly located one to the other at the output end of the dispensing channel 5, while the guide 20 is mounted on two vertical posts 21 mounted for axial folding in fixedly mounted guide sleeves 22, mounted over the wall 18 of the housing 17. The ends of the uprights 21 inside the housing 17 are connected to drive means. Cylindrical protective covers 23, located coaxially with respect to the posts 21, are attached to the bottom surface of the guide 20.
The sides of the dispensing channel 5 have vertical walls 24 and 25 which are equal or a multiple of the length of a pack of 26 cigarettes, and the width of the dispensing channel 5 is equal to the width of the radial pocket 3. The inlet part of the dispensing channel 5 is located adjacent to the corona element 27 one by one, the line with the discharge position 28, which is offset 270 from the inlet position 29 in the direction of rotation of the wheel 2.
The link channel 5 is connected to two transfer directions to Dims 30 and 31, coplanar with the channel, with the guide 30 located normally relative to the latter, and the guide 31 is in line with it.
The guide 30 is made in the form of a conveyor belt with a drive (not shown), which bends around the rollers 32 and is supported by a horizontal plate 33. The guide 31 serves as a reject and is made as a horizontal fixed plate having side walls 34 and 35 located in according to the walls 24 and 25 of the dispensing channel 5.
At the output end of the dispensing channel, a switch 36 is mounted, which is located parallel to the longitudinal axis of the dispensing channel — 5 a plane and in line with the end portions of the walls 24 and 25 and made in the form of a pusher, as well as a stopper 37 and a counter 38 connected via an electromagnet 39 and sensor 40 s. an electromagnet 41 and an electric motor 42.
The device works as follows.
Wheel 2 with radial pockets 3 periodically rotates clockwise by 10, i.e. by the angle formed between the two adjacent pockets 3, when this one of the pockets is in coincidence with the inlet position 29 and receives a pack of 26 cigarettes. The individual packs of cigarettes are transferred to the pockets by a lift 43, which is reciprocated in a vertical plane through the cam 44. At the same time, the lift 43 actuates the opposing member 45 fixed to the lower end of the vertical shaft 46.
Element 45 moves reciprocatingly in a vertical plane using conventional means (not shown). During each stop of the wheel 2, a pack of cigarettes 26 supplied by the second wheel 47, also having pockets (Fig. 2 and 3, dash-dotted line) for holding the cigarette packs, is clamped between the lift 43 and the element 45 in their respective extreme travel positions.
At the end of the upwardly directed stroke, the cigarette pack 26 is inserted longitudinally relative to the radius of the wheel 2 into one of the pockets 3, which stops at the inlet position 29, while the wall 48 ensures that the pack is correctly positioned in the pocket 3. During the return stroke of the element 45, it first moves upwards for a given distance away from the pack of cigarettes and the wheel 2, then rotates 10 clockwise, moving the pack of cigarettes to honey with the heating plates 7 and 8
Due to the ball movement of the wheel 2, the pocket 3 reaches the inlet position 29 each time the lift 43 and the element 45 make a move for transferring a new pack of cigarettes 26 from the wheel 47 to the empty pocket 3.
In the event of a periodic movement of the wheel, 2 packs of cigarettes are transferred from the inlet, position 29 to the outlet position 28, and are subjected to a drying action combined with a dimensional control operation. These actions are performed with the help of the heating plates 7 and 8, acting on the lateral faces of the packs on which there are bends.
During each stop of the wheel 2 (FIG. 4), the hollow vertical shaft 1, due to the rotation of the eccentric bearing 49 and the swinging lever 50, moves axially downward, thereby driving the heated heating plate 7 into contact with the upper lateral sides of the packs. the lower heating plate 8 is connected to the crown element 27.
The device simultaneously performs rhythmic compression of cigarette packs by plate 7, while the compression force is regulated through adjusting means connecting the support 15 to the shaft 1 and combined with the action of the plate 8 and the side walls 4 of the pockets 3, which ensures accurate dimensional control of the packs of cigarettes. In this operation, the packs of cigarettes are enclosed inside a parallelepiped shape and remain in it for the time required to allow the glued parts to dry under the action of the heating plates 7 and 8.
At outlet position 28, each pack of cigarettes 26 is pushed by body 6 and pushed out of pocket 3, with a stroke of pusher 6 supported by rod 51 and moved by cam 52 through lever 53, shaft 54, shoulder 55, connecting rod 56 and support 57, a pack of cigarettes 26 is inserted into the dispensing channel 5, and the row of packs along it is shifted by a distance corresponding to the longitudinal size of the pack.
In some cases, to avoid over-compression of packs of cigarettes along conveyor channel 5, conveyor belts (not shown) can be installed at a distance from one another, corresponding to the width of the cigarette packs, forming movable lower and upper sides of the channel, and the movement of these belts is synchronized with reciprocating
pusher 6 in the direction of its course.
Due to this forward movement of the packs, the first pack 26 of cigarettes is pushed into the portion of the channel 5, not delimited by the walls 24 and 25 and located directly in front of the switch 36.
During the return stroke, the pusher 6, the switch 36, engages the side of the fixed first pack, which faces the pusher, and pushes it transversely to the channel 5 Hai, a guide 30, which feeds the pack to the other working positions of the packaging
Mshins
In the event of an emergency when the wheel 2 stops, the controls (Fig. 5) come into operation.
To prevent damage to packs
26 when the motor 42 stops and, therefore, the wheels 2 are heated by plates 7 and 8, the latter are moved away from the wheel by means of an electromagnet 41, while the holder of the latter moves from left to right and mechanically the parts of the device of FIG. 2 take the positions shown in FIG. 3
Due to the action of the rod 58 through the hinge 59 on the pin 60, combined with the spring 61, the entire lever mechanism formed by the lever 62, the shaft 63 and the lever 64 is rotated in the clockwise direction, due to which the pin 60 deflects and communicates through the hinge rod 65 and shoulder 66 rotate in the counterclockwise direction of the tubular sleeve 67 and the shaft 68 until the stop provided by the tooth 69 collides with the stopper 70. Through the levers 71 fixed to the ends of the shaft 68, the hinged rods 72 and the levers 73 carry out is axial shift of from the upper to the lower position of the two vertical uprights 21, and thereby disengagement of the plate member 8 by a corona 27, wherein the packets of cigarettes are held in place within respective pockets 3 by means of compression.
The same rotation in the clockwise direction of the lever 62 communicates through the rod 74 and the pin 75 a rotation in the direction of the clockwise movement of the swinging lever 50 around the axis 76 and rotation in the direction opposite to the direction of the movement clockwise relative to the axis formed by the pin 77 of the hinge rod 78.
Thus, when the motor 42 stops, the double-arm lever 79 and the pin will remain stationary. If there is a pull on the rod 74 through an axis 76 connected to the lower end of the shaft 1, the upward axial sliding of the shaft 1 and the displacement of the heating plate 7 away from the crown element 27 are reported,
The magnitude of the upward movement of the plate 7 depends on its heating temperature and is always greater than the upward cyclic movement during normal operating conditions. In the event that the motor 42 does not remain turned off during the time determined by the sensor 40 depending on the operating temperature of the heating plates 7 and 8, the removal of the plate 8 from the crown element 27 is sufficient to prevent the cigarette pack from deteriorating and its contents.
The next time the motor 42 is turned on, all the mechanical parts of the device assume the position shown in FIG. 2, due to the de-energizing of the electromagnet 41., i.e. position corresponding to normal operating conditions. In the case described above, the electromagnet 39 is de-energized.
In case the wheel 2 stops for a period longer than necessary, despite the security measures taken above, the packs located inside the pockets 3 are damaged by heat emitted by the plates 7 and 8, as a result of which they are discarded.
When the stopping time exceeds the preselected time, the sensor 40 gives a signal for de-energizing the electromagnet 39, while the stopper 37 moves up and its upper end falls into the recess 80, thus fixing the switch 36 in its retracted, G1 position, aligned with the wall 27 wiring channel 5.
Under these conditions, the idling roller 81 on the double-arm lever 82 remains disconnected from the cam 83, which continues to rotate around the axis 84. Therefore, the cigarette packs 26 are no longer engaged by the switch 36 and are guided by the pusher 6, which currently forms the continuation of the wall 24 to the channel in continuous range along guideline L.
The electromagnet 39 remains de-energized due to the operation of the counter 38 for the number of cycles the machine needs, X, to eject all the packs of cigarettes that are placed in the pockets 3 during the shutdown of the electric motor 42,
After restoring the normal operating state of the motor 42, the counter 38 maintains the electromagnet 39 in a de-energized state for the thirty engine cycles required to eject along the guide 31 the twenty-seven packs of cigarettes in the pockets of the 3 wheels 2 and three packs of cigarettes in the dispenser channel 5.
After the electromagnet 39 is energized with the aid of a counter 38, the stopper 37 returns to its lower position and is disengaged from the recess 80, allowing the switch 36 to re-supply the cigarette packs 26 to the guide 30 .;
The proposed device for supplying and distributing cigarette packs to packaging machines is reliable in operation, provides dimensional control of cigarette packs and prevents their opening and deterioration due to excessive overheating during the drying process.
